Are you passionate about building reliable digital solutions and turning emerging technologies into practical business applications? We are looking for a Digital Solutions & AI Manager to lead the technical delivery of our Swiss digital ecosystem. In this role, you will connect global platform capabilities with local business needs, taking ownership of system integrations, front-end releases, data solutions, marketing automation and AI-enabled initiatives. 

Position: 

As the Digital Solutions & AI Manager (m/f/d) you will: 

• Own local system integrations: Design, deliver and maintain API-based integrations between digital platforms and local partners. 

• Ensure platform reliability: Monitor integration points, maintain technical and compliance standards. 

• Deliver global front-end upgrades locally: Lead the Swiss implementation of global releases across Builder.io-based front-end platforms, including impact assessment, local adaptation, testing, deployment and post-release stabilization. 

• Support local business requirements: Ensure that global platform developments are introduced without disrupting Swiss market-specific needs. 

• Drive marketing automation and data delivery: Manage database structures and SQL-based activities supporting eCommerce operations, customer segmentation and reporting. 

• Manage technical partners: Support vendor and agency management on technical matters. 

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives: evaluate technologies and vendors, design solutions, and oversee the deployment, production integration and scaling of AI use cases across the digital ecosystem. 

• Drive the adoption of AI-powered capabilities: enable digital and marketing teams to leverage automation, personalization and agentic AI solutions that enhance consumer experiences and improve operational efficiency. 

Requirements: 

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field. 

• Proven experience in web development, digital solution delivery or a related area. Background in e-commerce or regulated industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals would be highly beneficial. 

• Demonstrated experience delivering system integrations, platform enhancements and releases within a global or multi-market organization. 

• Hands-on experience with front-end delivery, ideally using Builder.io or a comparable headless or visual content management platform, in eCommerce context 

• Strong working knowledge of databases, SQL, and core eCommerce tooling, paired with practical experience managing and activating data within Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). 

• Practical understanding of API integration patterns and the ability to scope and build smaller local web applications from end to end. 

• Hands-on experience with AI solutions. 

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
