Job DescriptionJoin our new Collaboration & Power Solutions Team and play a key role in advancing our cloud-first strategy and shapinga modern digital workplace.

As a Power Solution Expert, you will help business teams turn ideas into valuable Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will lead the development of secure, scalable applications and foster adoption by supporting citizen developers and delivering practical training such as App in a Day workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable citizen development: Coach business users to build small Power Platform solutions, support the maker community and deliver hands-on formats such as App in a Day workshops.
• Lead complex solution delivery: Translate business needs into secure, scalable and maintainable applications, taking responsibility from solution design through testing and deployment.
• Co-define Power Platform governance: Work with relevant teams to establish standards and guardrails and implement environment, security, data protection and application lifecycle controls.
• Connect solutions across the digital workplace: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, enterprise data and other systems.
• Keep solutions reliable and improving: Provide third-level expertise, maintain documentation and use platform insights to improve service quality and adoption
• QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in Power Platform development, solution architecture, and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and governance best practices for scalable low-code solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, combined with a good understanding of security, governance, and Entra ID.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver measurable value.
• Professional English communication skills, with the confidence to facilitate discussions, provide guidance and collaborate effectively in an international environment.
