As Global Head of QEHS, reporting directly to the COO, you will lead the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety strategy across the Pureon Group and provide functional leadership to QEHS representatives worldwide within a dotted-line reporting structure. In this key international leadership role, you will drive global standards, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while serving as Site QEHS Manager for our Lengwil facility. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of quality, safety, and sustainable business performance worldwide.

Global Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global QEHS strategy
- Standardize and continuously improve QEHS processes across the Group
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements
- Act as the primary contact for strategic customer quality matters and escalations
- Lead and maintain the global ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
- Lead audits, certifications, compliance, and risk management activities
- Establish and monitor global QEHS KPIs and reporting structures
- Advise leadership on quality, safety, compliance, risk, and ESG topics
- Drive a culture of quality, safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Provide functional leadership and coaching to international QEHS teams within a dotted-line reporting structure
- Lead global Supplier Quality Management activities
- Act as Crisis Management Officer and serve as a member of the Process Control Board
Site QEHS Manager Responsibilities (Lengwil, Switzerland)
- Lead the Quality Management System and all QEHS activities at the Lengwil site
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements
- Conduct audits, management reviews, and risk assessments
- Act as the primary contact for customers, authorities, certification bodies, and auditors
- Lead CAPA processes, customer complaints, and quality escalations
- Support operational teams through quality and process improvement initiatives
- Deliver QEHS training programs and promote a strong safety and quality culture
- Monitor site KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, or a related field
- 8-10 years of QEHS experience, including leadership responsibility in an international environment
- Experience in international manufacturing and high-tech industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Experience in audits, compliance, risk management, supplier quality, and continuous improvement
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
