Compliance Specialist 60%

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist with expertise in Best Execution and financial markets regulation to support the drafting, review, and maintenance of Best Execution policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

• Draft, review, and maintain Best Execution policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure Best Execution arrangements comply with applicable financial markets regulations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on Best Execution requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Review and maintain internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory expectations.
• Support the continuous alignment of Best Execution frameworks with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on regulatory and compliance matters.

• Education: Law degree or proven expertise as a Best Execution Specialist.
• Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial markets regulation and Best Execution requirements.
• Relevant Experience: Experience with drafting, reviewing, or maintaining Best Execution policies and governance frameworks.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
