Business Development Manager – Middle East & GCC 100% (m/f/d)

We are a dynamic, innovative, and internationally active trust and consulting firm with offices in Vaduz and Zurich. To strengthen our team at our office in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for you as a motivated

Your responsibilities

• Taking strategic responsibility for the development of the Saudi Arabian and GCC markets.
• Leveraging and continuously expanding an established personal network within the Middle East.
• Driving the acquisition of new UHNWIs, entrepreneurs, family offices, and other key clients.
• Identifying new market opportunities and developing initiatives to strengthen the company's long-term positioning in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
• Acting as a key ambassador of the company and its Swiss trust and advisory services in the Middle East.

Your Profile

• Completed Master of business administration, or equivalent training
• An established and relevant network of clients, intermediaries, professional advisors, family offices, banks, or other business contacts in the GCC region.
• Proven experience working with international private clients, HNWIs/UHNWIs, entrepreneurs, family offices, and/or business owners.
• Demonstrated track record in client acquisition, business development, relationship management, and developing new markets.
• Excellent English communication skills, as well as fluent in Arabic.
• Professional, discreet, and culturally sensitive approach when working with high-profile and internationally active clients.
