Compliance Program Manager (80-100%)

Shape and drive a company-wide compliance program in a dynamic international environment. As Compliance Program Manager, you will coordinate governance, regulatory monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement activities while partnering with stakeholders across Quality, Sustainability, Product Compliance, Legal, Information Security, Supply Chain, and HR.

• Lead and coordinate the enterprise Compliance Management Framework, including governance, accountability models, RACI structures, and integration into the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Drive cross-functional compliance governance and foster collaboration with Compliance Category Owners and key stakeholders across business functions and regions.
• Monitor regulatory developments, maintain the Compliance Radar and Dashboard, and provide compliance insights and updates for management reviews.
• Manage the risk-based, multi-year integrated compliance audit program across functions and global locations.
• Coordinate audit preparation, scheduling, execution support, documentation, reporting, and collaboration with internal audit teams.
• Track compliance findings, corrective actions, deadlines, and escalation of overdue actions through a centralized compliance process.
• Coordinate updates to IMS processes, roles and responsibilities based on regulatory changes, audit findings, compliance gaps, and identified improvement opportunities while promoting best practice sharing.
• Prepare compliance reports, facilitate biannual compliance reviews, and support the implementation and transition of the integrated compliance framework into business-as-usual operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in compliance, risk, and quality management within an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of integrated management systems, internal auditing, corrective action management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven project management experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and communicate effectively with management and executive leadership.
• Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance compliance monitoring, reporting, and business processes.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with a willingness to travel globally (10-20%).
